STANDING ACTUATOR (2/2):

Assembly:
Assemble in the reverse order.
1. Insert the new standing actuator.
2. Attach the upper part of the standing
actuator, insert the axle with the flat part
then tighten one screw on each side
ensuring that the axle with the flat part
remains centred in relation to the actuator
shaft. (See figure 67)
3. Attach the lower part of the standing
actuator. Insert a washer on the axle,
insert the axle through the lower actuator
fastening and the frame, insert a washer
on the part of the axle which is higher and
tighten up everything with the nut.
(Tightening torque: 53N.m). (See figure
68)
4. Wire, connect the standing actuator and
replace the clamping collars (See
sections «Electrical circuit diagram» and
«Chair wiring»).
5. Reattach the front seat plate (Tightening
torque: 11.1N.m). (See figure 69)
6. Replace the cushion.
