Item N° 326617
l.
Over-current
This error occurs when the control system detects excessive intensity in one of the channels of the
activator. This might be due to a fault on the: limit switch sensor, the motor of an activator, a cable or a
connection.
• Check that the movement of the activator is not obstructed.
• Check that the limit switch sensor (if there is one) cuts the current to the motor of the activator.
If the error persists after the checks described above have been carried out, this error may indicate a fault
in the ISM. For further details, see section «Replacement of defective units».
m. DIME Error
This error occurs when the control system detects a conflict of identification between two system
modules.
If a new module is added, proceed as follows:
• Disconnect the new module. Switch off, then switch on again.
• If no error occurs, then re-connect the new module to the system. Switch off, then switch on again.
• If the error recurs, the new module must be the cause of the problem.
If no new module has been added, proceed as follows:
•Turn off one module at a time. Switch off, then switch on again.
If the error persists after the checks described above have been carried out, contact your after-sales
service technician or Lifestand.
n. Memory Error
This is an unspecified memory error, which may be due to any of the system modules.
• Check all the cables and the connections.
• Switch off the power then switch back on.
If the error persists and the system includes third-party modules, proceed as follows: turn off all the
modules which do not come from PGDT. Switch off, then switch on again.
If this action makes it possible to correct the error:
• Connect one third-party module at a time. Switch off and switch on each time.
• If it recurs after one of the cycles of switching on and switching off, the error must be due to a fault in the
last module connected.
•If it persists after the check above has been carried out, this error may indicate a fault in the electric
module. For further details, see section «Replacement of defective units».
o. PM Memory Error
The programming must be undertaken exclusively by people with the required knowledge of the PGDT
control system. If there is incorrect programming, it may be dangerous to use the chair.
Lifestand declines any responsibility in the event of losses of any kind originating from a modification of
the control system values set in the factory by means of the programmer.
This is a specific error on the electrical module.
• Check all the cables and the connections.
• Reprogram the control system using the PC programmer of R-Net.
In order to do this, use either the last program file specific to the chair, or the original program file from
Lifestand.
If it persists after the check above has been carried out, this error may indicate a fault in the electric
module. For further details, see section «Replacement of defective units».
