Legrest; Legrest Actuator (1/2) - Lifestand LSCT Service Manual

LEGREST:

Dismantling :
1. Place the chair in standing position.
2. Remove the back cover (See section
«Back cover»).
3. Cut the clamping collars holding the
legrest actuator (note their positions so
you are able to rewire).
4. Place the chair in the sitting position.
5. Take out the legrest actuator.
6. Disconnect the legrest actuator from the
ISM.
7. Remove the two screws holding the
legrest sensor. (See figure 70)
8. Remove the 4 fastening screws on the
legrest. (See figure 71)
9. Remove the legrest and the cable from
the legrest actuator.
Assembly:
Assemble in the reverse order.
1. Attach the legrest onto the chair by
tightening the 4 screws. (Tightening
torque: 27N.m). (See figure 72)
2. Attach the legrest sensor and tighten the
two M3 screws (Tightening torque:
1.41N.m) (See figure 73)
3. Wire, connect the legrest actuator and
replace the clamping collars (See
sections «Electrical circuit diagram» and
«Chair wiring»).
4. Put back the back cover (See section
«Back cover»).
