- Fit the assembled rotors inside the pump body,
with the reference marks facing the inside.
CAUTION
ONCE THE ROTORS ARE FITTED INSIDE THE PUMP
BODY, THE REFERENCE MARKS ON THEM MUST NOT BE
VISIBLE.
- Measure distance between rotors with a thick-
ness gauge at the indicated position.
Characteristic
Standard clearance:
0.04 - 0.1 mm
- Measure the distance between the outer rotor
and the pump body (see figure).

0.05 - 0.12 mm
