Setpoint limits

This window is used to specify the setpoint value limits (setpoint value 1 to 4) and tolerance
band limits (setpoint value 1) for each of the three program channels. The number of decimal
places can also be set and an individual designation can be specified for each setpoint value.
The setpoint value limits, tolerance band limit (for setpoint value 1), and the step or ramp set-
point input are set for each of the four setpoint values of a relevant program channel.
NOTE!
In the program generator configuration the setpoints are distributed on three program chan-
nels. This corresponds to the use in the simple program editor (with active option "Program
generator"). A distinction between channels does not exist in the program editor for process
engineering (with active option "Program generator with process steps"). In this case the fol-
lowing assignment applies:
Program channel 1 / Setpoints 1 to 4 > Setpoints 1 to 4
Program channel 2 / Setpoints 1 to 4 > Setpoints 5 to 8
Program channel 3 / Setpoints 1 and 2 > Setpoints 9 and 10 (11 and 12 are not used)
