Turning on the TX in GSM mode

The sequence of AT commands that follows turns the trans‐
mitter on and adjusts the offsets.

Turning on the RX and reading RSSI in
WCDMA mode
The following sequence of commands turns on the receiver 
and reads the RSSI.

Sets Modulation Code Scheme to
MCS1.
Turns the TX PA on
Offsets the tracking LO by 2240.
(You may need to run this command
repeatedly, adjusting the frequency
offset until you obtain the desired
frequency.)
Function
Enters the password, providing
access to the necessary commands
Puts the modem into factory test
mode
Sets the frequency band to
WCDMA 1900
