Return the internal temperature of the modem
This command returns the internal temperature of the modem at the PA
(Power Amplifier) used by the WCDMA or GSM transceivers.
All MC87xx modems have one thermistor to measure the temperature of
the PA used by the WCDMA transceiver, and all MC87xx modems (except
for MC8775 / MC8775V) have a second thermistor to measure the
temperature of the PA used by the GSM transceiver.
Usage:
AT!DTEMP?<thermistornum> returns the temperature recorded by the
specified thermistor.
Note: Because the MC8775 / MC8775V has only one thermistor
(measuring the WCDMA PA temperature), the same reading is returned
from <thermistornum> 0 and 1.
Parameters:
<thermistornum> (thermistor number)
0 = Thermistor near the WCDMA PA
1 = Thermistor near the GSM PA
The temperature is reported in degrees Celsius as a signed integer.
Enable / disable Dual Transfer Mode stack functionality
This command enables or disables Dual Transfer Mode (DTM) and
Enhanced DTM (EDTM) functionality in the stack.
Note: The command is only available on devices that support DTM. The
second parameter (<enableEDTM>) is only available if EDTM is also
supported.
Usage:
AT!DTMEN? indicates the current <enableDTM> and, if supported, the
current <enableEDTM> setting. These show if DTM and EDTM are
enabled or disabled. If the command returns ERROR, DTM and EDTM
are assumed to be enabled.
AT!DTMEN=? returns a list of valid <enableDTM> and, if supported,
valid <enableEDTM> values.
AT!DTMEN=<enableDTM> enables or disables DTM.
AT!DTMEN=<enableDTM>, <enableEDTM> enables or disables DTM
and EDTM.
Parameters:
<enableDTM> (enable / disable Dual Transfer Mode):
0 = Disable DTM
1 = Enable DTM (Default) — Value used for normal operations.
<enableEDTM> (enable / disable Enhanced Dual Transfer Mode):
0 = Disable EDTM
1 = Enable EDTM (Default) — Value used for normal operations.
