(Deprecated) Enable GPS functionality and MTLR
support
!GPSENABLE
Note: Deprecated.
This command enables or disable GPS functionality if supported by the
USB driver, and enables or disables support for Mobile Terminated
Location Request (MTLR). When GPS functionality is enabled, a new
COM port (labeled NMEA) appears.
Note: You may need to update drivers to support the GPS (NMEA) port.
Note: AT!RESET must be issued after this command is used.
Usage:
AT!GPSENABLE=<gpsFlag>, <mtlrFlag> configures the modem's
GPS functionality, and MTLR support settings.
AT!GPSENABLE? returns the current state of GPS (enabled /
disabled) and MTLR support. For example, AT!GPSENABLE? returns:
GPS Enabled Flag: <gpsStatus>
MT LR Support: <mtlrFlag>
AT!GPSENABLE=? returns supported <gpsFlag> and <mtlrFlag>
values.
Parameters:
<gpsFlag> (set GPS lock status and enable/disable GPS customization)
0—Disable GPS functionality
1—Enable GPS functionality
<mtlrFlag> (enable/disable support for Mobile Terminated Location
Request)
0—Disable MTLR support
1—Enable MTLR support
<gpsStatus> (current status of GPS lock)
0—Disabled
1—Enabled
