a. Enable / disable roaming indicator display:

b. Enable / disable GPRS / EDGE indicator display:

e. Enable / disable CSD setting from Watcher, and prevent
MO CSD call from being set up using AT commands:

f. Enable / disable prompt for SIM's PUK code when CHV1
is blocked (the prompt is always forced when CHV2 is
