Chapter 8: Alerts
To access the Service Tickets page, click the Alerts menu, and then click the Service Tickets tab (see
Figure 120
below).

The Service Tickets page displays the following information about open service tickets:
Ticket
Request ID
State
Priority
Last Update
Details
Close All
Show Tickets
Get individual ticket
Note: Click a column heading to sort the rows in the table by that column. Click the column heading
again to reverse the sort order.
Tasks
Use the Service Tickets page to perform the following tasks:
Quantum DXi4700 User's Guide
The service ticket number.
The Request ID of the ticket.
The current status of the service ticket (Open or Closed).
The priority level of the service ticket (Low, Middle, or High).
The date when the service ticket was last updated by the system.
A brief description of the service ticket.
Click to close all open service tickets.
Select an option to display Open tickets, Closed tickets, or All tickets.
To display a specific ticket in the list, enter a ticket number and click Apply.
