User's Manual
'Local Storage Max Number of Files' (CDRLocalMaxNomOfFiles): Enter the
maximum number of CDR files. Once the maximum is reached, a subsequent
CDR file replaces the oldest created file.
'Local Storage File Creation Interval' (CDRLocalInterval): Enter the time (in
minutes) for how often the device creates a new CDR file. For example, if
configured to 60, it creates a new file every hour even if the maximum file size
has not yet been reached.
'Local Storage Default Media' (LocalStorageMedia): Select the local storage
location, RAM (default) or internal SD card.
For a detailed description of each parameter, see ''Syslog, CDR and Debug
Parameters'' on page 742.
3.
Open the Logging Filters table (see ''Configuring Log Filter Rules'' on page 677), and
then configure a log filtering rule with the following settings:
'Filter Type' and 'Value': (as desired)
'Log Destination': Local Storage
'Log Type': CDR Only
'Mode': Enable
Note:
If you have enabled the CDR storage feature and you later decide to change the
maximum number of files (CDRLocalMaxNomOfFiles) to a lower value (e.g., from
50 to 10), the device stores the remaining files (e.g., 40) in its memory (i.e.,
unused files).
When the device operates in High-Availability mode, stored CDRs are deleted
upon device switchover.
For customizing CDR fields for SBC calls, see Customizing CDRs for SBC Calls
on page 661.
