Shaft / Chain Models Without Dipstick

To check the level:
1. Remove propshaft shield from the right side of the
vehicle.
2. Remove fill plug and visually inspect the oil level. Lev-
el is correct when it reaches the bottom of the fill hole
as shown at right.
To change lubricant:
1. Remove propshaft shield from the right side of the
vehicle.
2. Remove transmission drain plug drain the oil. Catch
and discard used oil properly.
3. Clean and reinstall the drain plug with a new sealing
washer. Torque to specification.
4. Remove fill plug.
5. Add Polaris Premium Synthetic Gearcase Lubricant to
proper level as described above.
6. Check for leaks.
7. Reinstall propshaft shield.
