signal path to the CHNGLCK input, that logic must be designed so that it cannot
permanently issue a logical one on the CHNGLCK input. If such a situation would
occur in spite of these precautions, then please contact the local ABB
representative for remedial action.

Settings

The function does not have any parameters available in Local HMI or Protection
and Control IED Manager (PCM600)

Operation principle

The Change lock function (CHNGLCK) is configured using ACT.
The function, when activated, will still allow the following changes of the IED
state that does not involve reconfiguring of the IED:
• Monitoring
• Reading events
• Resetting events
• Reading disturbance data
• Clear disturbances
