FIP-1.7 Exit jam (Jam or pick error)
Procedure
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt, or foreign object?
- Major check parts -

SENSOR ACTUATOR (mounted on the FUSER ASSY
CL CH), ROLL ASSY EXIT (mounted on the FUSER
ASSY CL CH), FUSER ASSY CL CH (PL7.1.15),
SENSOR EXIT (mounted on the FUSER ASSY CL CH),
PWBA MCU XFABK(B) (PL9.1.25)
Does paper remain in the SENSOR ACTUATOR?

- Check of paper entry to the ROLL ASSY EXIT -
Does paper normally enter between the ROLL ASSY

EXIT of the FUSER ASSY CL CH and the pinch roll?
Execute the test printing for visual check.
- SENSOR ACTUATOR check -
Does the SENSOR ACTUATOR run smoothly?

- Sensor Exit check - *
Does the Sensor Exit function normally?

Select [SENSOR/SWITCH CHECK] on the
DIAGNOSTIC MODE MENU.
*: Do not absolutely touch the powered parts, high-voltage output parts, and driving parts for check.
