FIP-1.13 MOTOR ASSY MAIN alarm

Procedure
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt, or foreign object?
- Major check parts -

GEAR ASSY (PL7.1.1), MOTOR ASSY MAIN (PL7.1.2),
FUSER ASSY CL CH (PL7.1.15), REGISTRATION
ASSY (PL4.1.30), ROLL ASSY REGI (PL4.1.35), ROLL
ASSY PRESS (PL4.1.36), Drum/toner cartridge
(PL10.1.2)
- MOTOR ASSY MAIN operation check -
Does the MOTOR ASSY MAIN run normally?

Select [MOTOR ASSY MAIN TEST] on the
DIAGNOSTIC MODE MENU.
- GEAR ASSY check -
Does each gear in the GEAR ASSY rotate smoothly?
3 Remove the FUSER ASSY CL CH and the Drum/toner
cartridge, rotate the gears by hands, and visually check
that the gears function normally.
- FUSER ASSY CL CH check -
Does each gear or roll of the FUSER ASSY CL CH
rotate smoothly?

Remove the FUSER ASSY CL CH, rotate the gears by
hand, and visually check that the gears function
normally.
- REGISTRATION ASSY check -
Does the ROLL ASSY REGI and ROLL ASSY PRESS

rotate smoothly?
Rotate the ROLL ASSY PRESS by hands for check.
- Drum/toner cartridge check -
Does the drum of the Drum/toner cartridge rotate
6 smoothly?
Rotate the gear attached to the drum by hands for
check.
