FIP-1.4 MIS FEED JAM (Jam or pick error)

Procedure
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt, or foreign object?
- Major check parts -
PLATE ASSY GEAR (PL5.1.26/PL7.1.3), ROLL ASSY
FEED REAR (PL5.1.36), ROLL FEED FRONT D

(PL5.1.35), ROLL FEED REAR 2 (PL5.1.38), ROLL
FEED ASSY TRAY (PL3.1.21), FEED MOTOR ASSY
(PL5.1.28), PWBA SENSOR (PL4.1.17), REGI
SENSOR (mounted on the PWBA SENSOR),
ACTUATOR ASSY REGI (PL4.1.19), Paper Cassette,
PLATE ASSY BOTTOM 250 (PL2.1.3), PWBA MCU
XFABK(B) (PL9.1.25)
Is curled paper used?

- Paper size check -
3 Is the paper size based on the specifications?
- Paper position check -
Does paper pass through the ACTUATOR ASSY REGI

at occurrence of the error?
- FEED MOTOR ASSY check -
Does the FEED MOTOR ASSY rotate normally?

Select the [MP PICK TEST][1ST PICK TEST] on the
DIAGNOSTIC MODE MENU.
- PLATE ASSY GEAR check -
Does each gear in the PLATE ASSY GEAR rotate
normally?

Remove the FRAME ASSY MAIN, rotate the gear on
the top by hands, then visually check that the gear
rotates normally
- ROLL FEED FRONT D/ROLL FEED REAR 2/ROLL
FEED ASSY check -

Is paper fed normally during printing?
(Do the ROLL FEED FRONT D and paper slip?)
- Paper Cassette check -
8 Does the PLATE BOTTOM 250 lift normally at removal
of the Paper Cassette?
