transformation, dirt or foreign object?

heater of the FUSER ASSY CL
CH is conductive.If it is
conductive, replace the AZUSA
HVPS. If it is not conductive,
replace the FUSER ASSY CL
CH.
Replace the FUSER ASSY CL
CH.
Replace the PWBA MCU.
