You can pick up an incoming call by using DPickup/GPickup. To use call pickup, you
need to configure the call pickup code beforehand on a global or per-line basis via web
user interface. The call pickup code configured on a per-line basis takes precedence
over that configured on a global basis.
Note
If there are many incoming calls at the same time, tapping the
pick up the call that rings first.

Directed Call Pickup

To enable directed call pickup and configure the directed call pickup code on a global
basis via web user interface:
1. Click on Features->Call Pickup.
2. Select Enabled from the pull-down list of Directed Call Pickup.
3. Enter the directed call pickup code in the Directed Call Pickup Code field.
4. Click Confirm to accept the change.
To configure the directed call pickup code on a per-line basis via web user interface:
1. Click on Account->Advanced.
2. Select the desired account from the pull-down list of Account.
