If you connect a Bluetooth-Enabled mobile phone to the IP phone, and enable the IP
phone to sync phone contacts. The IP phone will first search the contacts in the Mobile
Contacts directory then placed calls list. And the contact from Mobile Contacts directory
will have a Bluetooth logo at the bottom right corner of the contact icon. For more

You can manage your phone's local directory via phone user interface or web user
interface. But you can only import or export the contact list via web user interface.
To import an XML contact list file via web user interface:
1. Click on Directory->Local Directory.
