Troubleshooting

If you have difficulty with your phone, please try the suggestions listed below:

Possible Cause
The connection cord of the base

unit is not plugged in.
The adapter cord is not plugged

in correctly in the base unit.
The line is busy, as another

handset is used.
Wrong connection cord (no Euro

AS).
Dialing prefix is required.
Base unit out of range.

Base unit not connected to
2
mains.
Service not activated or wrong
operator or wrong setting
Empty battery
Incorrect or no configuration for
conference call feature

33. Troubleshooting
Solution
Check the connections. Unplug
1
and plug back in the mains.
Check that the telephone line
cord has been plugged into the
base unit and the phone socket.
Check the base unit plug and the

220V plug (remove and plug-in).
Wait until the line is unoccupied.

Use the original connection cord.

Insert the dialing prefix
Reduce the range between the
1
handset and base.
Connect base unit to mains.
2
Check your subscription with
network or change the dial mode.
Recharge battery.
Ensure that 3 Way Conference is
configured in the Web interface
(Voice Over IP > Services tab).
