Solid Bluetooth is enabled but no device is connected.

Solid Bluetooth is enabled and a mobile device is
connected.
Slow Flashing Bluetooth is 'Discoverable'.
Fast Flashing Phone booth synchronization is in process.
Off Bluetooth is disabled.
