developer material normal?

Using the specified developer
material, toner and drum?

Have the developer material and
drum reached their PM life?

Is the storage environment of the
toner cartridge 35°c less without
dew?

Is the drum cleaned properly?

Is toner heaped on the seal of the
developer unit?

Prescription
Adjust the density.
Adjust the background.
Go to step 4 if there is any problem
on image.
Clean them.
Check the performance of the auto-
toner sensor and readjust.
Check the motor and circuits.
Adjust the output, or replace the
transformer.
Adjust the doctor-sleeve gap and
polarity.
Use the specified developer material,
toner and drum.
Replace the developer material and
drum.
Use the toner cartridge stored in the
environment within specification.
Check the pressure of the drum
cleaning blade.
Remove the toner and clean the
developer unit.
