Removing and installing parts of the cooling system

Parts of cooling system
Notes:
♦ When the engine is warm, the cooling sys-
tem is pressurized. Release pressure, if nec-
essary, before commencing repairs.
♦ Hose connections are secured with spring
strap clamps. Use only spring strap clamps
when carrying out repairs.
♦ It is recommended to use the pliers for spring
strap clamps for removing and installing such
clamps.
♦ Always replace seals and gaskets.
♦ When installing coolant hoses, route them
free of stress and ensure they do not touch
other components (pay attention to marking
on coolant connection and on hose).
♦ Draining and filling system with coolant
