Removing and installing, tensioning toothed belt

Note:
Mark direction of running of the toothed belt
before removing. If a used belt is fitted on again
to run in the opposite direction, it may be de-
stroyed.
1 - Bottom part of toothed belt guard
♦ To remove, unbolt belt pulley/vibration
damper ⇒ page 13-1
2 - Middle part of toothed belt guard
3 - 10 Nm
♦ Self-locking, replace
4 - Engine support
