Connect the devices using genuine cables without connecting the MSD.

Cause/Check item/Solution
Is the registered reply command correct?
Make sure that the setting of "TIME OUT" for checking control
commands is not too short.
Does the cable support CEC?
To use CEC, use an HDMI cable that support CEC.
Does the sink device support CEC?
Is the HDMI link function of the sink device set to be enabled?
Enable the HDMI link control of the sink device and the function which
powers on the sink device from external devices of the sink device.
When the CEC connection changes, EDID may change. In this case,
input signal is interrupted. Check the connection settings.
Are HDMI cables supporting CEC being used?
To use CEC, enable HDMI link control of the connected devices
(such as LCD TVs, Blu-ray recorder, and so on).
