Configuring Enhanced H.323 Services
The additional control of H.323 gateway call processing can be done in a
'voice service h323' configuration mode or 'voice class h323' configuration
mode. 'voice service h323' configuration is applied to all H.323 calls, while
'voice class h323' configuration is applied only at a dial-peer level.
If a specific dial-peer specifies an already-created voice class using 'voice-
class h323' command, the specified 'voice class h323' configuration has a
priority over the 'voice service h323' configuration. The commands in the
Table 29.8 below are those available in each configuration mode.

Description
Specifies the H.323 call setup method.
Specifies whether to perform the normal
H.245 procedure before or after
CONNECT message.
Specifies the H.245 Tunnelling support.
Maximum time to wait for CONNECT or
RELCOMP message, after receiving
ALERT message.
Maximum time to wait for
CALLPROCEEDING or ALERTING or
PROGRESS or RELCOMP message,
after sending SETUP message.
Specifies, as a response to SETUP
message, what H.225.0 CS message to
send after call proceeding.
Specifies the method of delivering DTMF
for H.323 call.
