OPER
indicates status changes while voice port or DS0 channel works. This appears
as 'up' in case that the voice port or DS0 channel is normally in service, and as
'down' while the voice port is out of service due to failure of voice card.
indicates as 'block' when blocked by an operator, or a channel is not available
when it signals.
IN STATUS
indicates status changes when analog voice port or DS0 channel handles a call.
At this time, call state is indicated differently according to signaling method in
each SIG-Type analog of voice port or DS0 channel.
