How to configure RRQ TimeToLive
'ras rrq-ttl' command specifies the time which should be considered as that
H.323 gateway is running after a gatekeeper receives the lightweight RRQ for
the last time. H.323 gateway sets this value(TimeToLive value) within a RRQ
message and sends it to a gatekeeper. If the lightweight RRQ is not sent out
from H.323 gateway within the specified time, a gatekeeper determines that
the H.323 gateway has a problem, and changes the status to a unregistration
status.
You can set the TimeToLive value to RRQ message in the following way.

Range: 1 to 30
Sets RAS retry conditions. Keywords are
as above. The argument is as follows:
- value:Number of times that the gateway
resends messages to the gatekeeper
after timeout.
Range: 1 to 10.
