Notes
- Download processing continues even if the file being created encounters an error or abort.
- Do not perform the following operations during file creation:
- Closing the browser
- Logging out from the MMB Web-UI
- Moving to another MMB Web-UI menu
If you perform one of these operations, the download process will be disabled for about 10 minutes. If you
try to restart the download during this 10-minute period, the following message appears.
PSA Logs Download is locked now. Please retry after waiting a while.
or
It is not possible to operate it now. Please select it from the menu again.
- After you click the [Download] button, if more than 10 minutes elapse as the file is being saved, return to
the [PSA Logs Download] window to retry the download.
