- Power Optimized: The CPU makes a transition only when the
CPU load is heavy for 2 seconds or longer.
The default is [Power Optimized].
Remarks
This item is available only when [Enhanced Speed Step] and [Turbo
Boost Technology] are both [Enabled].
Enabling this function enables the transition from the C1 state, which
is the power-saving mode of the CPU, to the power-saving mode.

Specifies whether to enable the transition to the C3 state, which is the
power-saving mode of the CPU.
