(1) Menu operations
Enter a keyword (optional) that describes the export data into the text input field. The
keyword can consist of up to 50 single-byte alphanumeric characters, spaces, and
symbols. Note that you cannot use the following symbols:
< > % & " , \
To omit the keyword, leave the field blank.
Click the [Export] button to check the entered keyword and confirm that it is correct.
Then, CSV files are created in a specific directory according to the information
retained by PSA at the time. After the files are created successfully, the [Export List]
window is refreshed. Then, the window displays the latest information with the
created files at the top.
If the exporting fails, a notification dialog box on the export failure appears. Click
the [OK] button to display the latest list in the [Export List] window.
Click the [Return] button to cancel export processing. Then, the [Export List] window
displays the latest list.
