CHAPTER 3 PSA Web-UI (Web User Interface) Operations
- Saving the created download files
After the download files have been created successfully, the [File Download] dialog box appears.
1. Click the [Save] button in the [File Download] dialog box.
The [Save As] dialog box appears.
2. Specify the storage location in the [Save As] dialog box. Then, click the [Save] button.
The files are downloaded. Then, the [Download complete] dialog box appears.
3. Click the [Close] button in the [Download complete] dialog box.
Remarks
Only one user per cabinet can use the PSA Logs Download function. Similarly, only one user per cabinet
can download logs from the [System Event Log] window or use the [Firmware Update] menu.
If one user tries to download logs from the [PSA Logs Download] window while another user is using any
of these functions, a duplicate activation message will appear.
