set date

The set date command sets a date and time.
The setting format is as follows:
- MM: Month (01 to 12)
- DD: Day (day of the month)
- hh: Hour (00 to 23)
- mm: Minute (00 to 59)
- CC: First two digits of the year (optional)
- YY: Last two digits of the year (optional)
- SSK: Second (optional)
