11.8.9 IP Security

IP security feature of the Multiprotocol Interconnect module allows you to define
filters which are used to determine which IP packets are forwarded and which
ones are discarded when the Multiprotocol Interconnect module is performing IP
routing functions.
The IP security feature is comprised of up to 31 different Security Tables and a
Security Access List . Each security table can contain up to 64 address entries
and is identified by a list no .
To use IP security, you must do the following:
1. Create one or more IP security tables to define the filtering information
