Syntax
addPort name portNumber
This command adds a port to the specified counter threshold alert.
Purpose
NOTE: An alert cannot be modified unless it is in the disabled state. Verify
that the alert is disabled before executing this command.
This command has the following parameters:

portNumber
Specifying a port type removes all the ports from the alert and
applies the alert to each port that is the specified type of port. Valid
values are:

eport
•
fport
•
flport (Sphereon 4300 and Sphereon 4500 only)
NOTE: A counter threshold alert is not allowed to specify both port types
and individual port numbers.

Specifies the port number or port type. Valid
port number values:
0–11 for the Sphereon 4300
0–15 for the Sphereon 3016 and 3216
0-15 for the Sphereon 4400
0–23 for the Sphereon 45000–31 for the
Sphereon 3032 and 3232
0-31 for the Sphereon 4700
0–63 for the Intrepid 6064
0–127 and 132–143 for the Intrepid 6140
all applies the counter threshold alert to every
port on the product.
