Check whether or not channel data is being read or written correctly by
status at read" or status at write", respectively.
The following shows the check bits of each channel. These bit assign
ments are the same for both status at read" or "status at write".

0" indicates a normal channel, and 1" indicates a channel in error. For
example, if channels 5 (CH5) and 3 (CH3) are in error, bits 4 and 2
become 1". Data is expressed as 0014" (Hex).
Check the internal status of E5EK DRT by status A" or status B."
