The parameters for enabling and configuring the function are in the "Regulations menu that can be accessed with the
"Service" password.
.
INFORMATION:
In case of S-MEXT units with two circuits, the frost protection alarm is only mapped on circuit 1.

13.2 Periodic forcing on the ventilation and the cold demand (periodic check)

This function, hereafter also called "Periodic check", is only available for S-MEXT units. It periodically forces the ventilation of
the S-MEXT indoor evaporating unit and the cold request sent to the PAC-IF interfaces of the Mr. Slim outdoor condensing units.
This reduces the possibility of ice forming on the pipes. The combination of the two actions causes in fact a rise in the
temperature of the evaporating coil, and therefore of the gas circulating inside it, which facilitates the melting of any ice that may
have formed on the pipes of the refrigeration circuit.
During forcing, the icon shown in section 2.4.2 in the "Active Functions" mask will be displayed.
Below is a diagram of the operation:

At set intervals ("Periodicity", parameter P15.16), the ventilation of the indoor evaporating unit (S-MEXT) is forced to the
design speed (parameter P23.01), while at the same time the cooling demand to the PAC-IF is reduced (second parameter
P15.17). This state is maintained for a time ("Duration") that can be set using parameter P15.18.
