In view of the long wait between two variations of request to the Client PAC-IF card, there is a time delay of 5 seconds before
sending a power variation, to make sure that the value is the actually requested value, and not subjected to transitional and
sudden request variations.
Moreover, a minimum On time of 3 minutes before switching off will be ensured.
In case of recalling of PAC-IF card step 0 (switch OFF), it will also be necessary to wait a minimum switch off time (maintaining
of step 0).
The activation of these time delays will be notified on PGD1 in the following way:
No delay.
Short delay (5 minutes).
Long delay (10 minutes).
Hot/cold mode change (2 minutes)
Minimum OFF time.
In addition to the compliance with the above time scales, the switching on of the PAC-IF card will also be subjected to the
consent from the s-Mext unit to carry out the adjustment (example: Unit ON from keypad/KIPLink), and to the absence of any
critical/blocking alarms that would cause the switching off of the s-Mext unit.
WARNING:
In case of blocking alarm from a PAC-IF card, step 0 is forced until the normal operating conditions
are reinstated. This forcing is necessary in order to reset the alarm, but causes the switching off of
all PAC-IF cards.
