differing palette options on multiple screens attached to the
same board.

monitors if the primary monitor is palettized. The palettes
of all palettized devices are synchronized. If, however, the
primary monitor is not palettized, and
SelectPalette
select the palette into the background,
RealizePalette
and palettized devices are not synchronized.
