4/PCI board's VGA in the 32-bit slots. See "Using the
DOME board with an existing VGA board" on
page 127.
If you are installing the board in a 64-bit slot, you must
first configure that slot to accept a DOME PCI board;
see "Supporting VGA with the Md4/PCI board" on
page 125.

To install the board

1. Remove the blank bracket from the back of an available
PCI slot.
2. Insert the Md4/PCI board firmly into the slot.
3. Make sure the board connector pins are aligned with
the slot.
4. Secure the mounting bracket with the bracket screw.
If you are not using the Md4/PCI board to support
VGA, go to step 8.
5. Remove a blank bracket from the back of the slot you
chose for the VGA output.
6. Insert the VGA bracket and secure the mounting
bracket with the bracket screw.
7. Attach the VGA monitor to the 15-pin connector.
8. Repeat steps 1–4 for each additional board you want to
install.
9. Replace the workstation cover.
10. Turn on the power to your workstation.
