3. Click Upload File. The Upload File page displays:
4. Enter the name of the announcements file that you want to upload and click
the Upload button. After the file is uploaded, a message box displays and
asks whether you want to convert the file.
5. Choose Yes.
The Convert File page displays:
6. Enter a name for the converted file and click Convert. The announcements
file is converted to speech format and saved in the announcements
directory.
