Hold the board by the edges as you align the
edge connector over the socket (Fig.
2-5).

Insert the edge connector into the socket and
press down firmly until the board "snaps" into
place.
11. Be sure that the XC
22
board is not touching
any other option board. If it is, move it to
another single row socket.
12. Locate the 10-foot modular cord packaged with
the XC
22
board. Check the alignment of the
board by plugging one end of the cord into the
"Phone" jack on the XC
22
board, and the other
end into the OUT jack (Fig.
2-6).

13. Secure the board in the slot with the screw
removed earlier.
14.Remove the modular cord from the Phone jack
and the OUT jack.
