Determine your system's total memory using
the following as a guideline.
- Your processor board has 256K RAM

(Random Access Memory).

- Your memory board has 128K if rows A and
B are filled with chips; 256K if rows A, B, C,
and D are filled with chips, and 384K if rows
A, B, C; D, E, and Fare filled with chips.

Position the switches on DIP Switch 0.
- Look in the total memory column above and
find the total memory for your system.
- To the right of the total memory column are
the switch positions for switches 1 through 4.
Do not change the positions of switches 5, 6,
7,and8.
- Look at DIP Switch
O
on the processor board
and determine which way is ON. (There may
be a very small
ON
somewhere on the switch.
ON may also be represented by the number 1
or an up arrow, and OFF, by the digit
0.)
- Set switches 1 through 4. To change a switch
setting, use the tip of a ball point pen or
small screwdriver to push the switch lever ~
into the other position.
