Installing the Basic System
INSTALLATION
Installation is so simple that the only tools you'll
need are the flat-bladed screwdrivers that came
with this manual and the instructions that begin
below.

Connect the keyboard to the processor.
• Locate the connector marked
KEYBOARD
at
the rear of the processor (look in the lower
left corner).
• Look at the end of the plug on the keyboard
cable. Notice that the nng around the pins is
wider on one side. Turn the plug so that the
wider side is down, as shown in Fig 1-9.
• Insert the keyboard plug (matching plug to
connector) into the
KEYBOARD
connector on
the back of the processor.
· Secure the connection by tightening the two
screws on both sides of the plug. Take care
not to overtighten the screws.
