Wiring using wire-press socket for loose wires
• The following describes how to assemble the wire-press socket for loose wires.
Procedure
1. Insert the removed contact into a pressure welder.
Remove a contact.
3. Insert the wires with the pressure-connected contacts into the housing. After inserting all the wires, mount the cover
and finish the socket.
Note:
• If there is a wiring mistake or
the cable is incorrectly pressure-
connected, the contact puller pin
on the welder can be used to
remove the contact.
