Selecting the Transition
Type by a Menu
Operation
You can also select the required transition type by a menu
operation.

In the M/E or PGM/PST menu, select first VF7 'Misc,'
then HF1 'Transition.'
The Transition menu appears.

Select the required transition type in the <Transition
Type> group.
The parameter settings can now be adjusted with the
knobs according to the selected transition type.

Notes
When multi-program mode is selected in the Setup
menu, there may be cases in which two or more
transition types have been selected.
For details, see "Setting the Operation Mode" in
Chapter 20 (Volume 2).

Super Mix Settings

You can set the output levels of the current and new video
signals at the mid-point of the transition, in the range 0 to
100%.
Notes
This transition type is not available for an independent key
transition.
