The functions in the DSK2 to DSK8 menus are the same as those in the DSK1
menu, with the following menu page numbers.
DSK2 menu: 142x, DSK3 menu: 143x, DSK4 menu: 144x,
DSK5 menu: 181x, DSK6 menu: 182x, DSK7 menu: 183x, DSK8 menu: 184x
a) For VF1 to VF4, either of the groups Key1 to Key4 and Key5 to Key8 appears.
