The closing sequence of the c-tong can be changed. By default, the c-tong is
set to both close the electrodes and make a weld when the trigger is pressed
once (Single function). But, the welding sequence can be changed so that the
c-tong closes when triggered once and makes a weld when the trigger is
pressed a second time (Double function).
1. Select the "Trigger" application
"Setting the weld programs".
2. Select trigger function "Single function" or "Double function" by
clicking on the buttons "Up"
The "Trigger test" application allows the user to test the trigger function of
the c-tong, multi function gun and air puller.
1. Select the "Trigger test" application
"Setting the weld programs".
2. Perform the trigger test by pressing the trigger on the chosen tool.
The "0" on the tool changes to "1", this means that the cable and the
trigger are OK.
The "Pressure test" application allows the user to test the c-tong electrode
pressure.
1. Select the "Pressure test" application
"Setting the weld programs".
2. Select the electrode closing time by clicking on the buttons "Up"
or "Down" .
3. Perform the pressure test.
