IMPORTANT! The welder may only be used by qualified personnel. The
user of the welder must have knowledge of spot welding and of alignment of
collision-damaged vehicles.
IMPORTANT! It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that the
equipment has been installed as specified in the instructions provided. It is
also the owner's responsibility to ensure that the welder is inspected in
accordance with applicable regulations before use.
This chapter provides brief instructions on how to set the CR500 range spot
welder before operation.
1. Turn on the welder.
(510,530) Press the trigger to perform an automatic impedance
calibration.
2. (500 DA)Make sure that the pneumatic air pressure is 5 bar (73
PSI).
(510, 530) Set the air pressure to recommened value according to the
panel in Figure 4.4.
3. Select a welding program, refer to Figure 4.2.
