Check the condition of the c-tong, air connections and air hoses to
prevent overheating and malfunction due to poor cooling.
Check the condition of the welding cables. Do not use faulty cables!
Make sure that the mains connection cables are safe and in
compliance with local regulations.
Make sure that the tips of the electrodes are evenly rounded and
have a maximum diameter of 6 mm. Sharpen the electrodes using a
drill.
(510, 530) Change caps.
(510, 530) Check the water level.
At least twice a year, the filters by the fans of the welder must be cleaned:
Clean the filters by the fans from the outside using a vacuum
cleaner.
(510, 530) Change water and high-tech antifreeze. Contact Car-O-
Liner service personnel.
If the welder is operating in a dusty environment, clean it more frequently
than twice a year.
WARNING! Don't remove any covers when cleaning the welder. Risk for
electrical shock.
